These 12 meditations begin where most of us get stuck — anxiety, depression, fear — and move through forgiveness, love, health, wealth and into relationship with the Divine. There's an order but you can start wherever you are. The intro meditation sets the ground rules: bring the innocence and curiosity of a child, trust the process, and don't underestimate the power of your imagination.
Some of these will challenge you. Some will crack you open. Do them once and feel something shift. Do them again and again and go deeper.

The Evening meditation walks you through your day with honesty: where you were hurt, where you hurt another, and the quiet act of blessing everyone you encountered. The Divine meditation helps you look at your relationship with the sacred and refine it into something that actually inspires you. The Intention meditation helps you uncover what you're really here to do.

I started leading meditations almost 20 years ago. I had no formal training. I felt called to offer them at my local yoga studio, posted a flyer, and when I sat down to guide the first one — it simply came through.
That kep happening. Chakra meditations, meditations in the dark, practices for sleep, for fear, for healing. Each one arrived when it was needed. Twenty years later, I'm still listening for what wants to come through next.


As I went deeper into Human Design and the Gene Keys, a new project found me — meditations for each of the 64 gates, following the Sun's transit. That collection is still growing. It's a labor of love and it's nowhere near finished.
