"Before taking Kristin Panek's Lead by Design course, I was feeling stuck and in self-doubt. My weeks spent with this course were impactful and timely for exploring new ways of understanding myself and those around me. I realized I had held onto a career and volunteer work that I had outgrown because they felt safe, even though my heart had moved on to new passions.

This journey with Kristin and my fellow participants helped shine a bright light on how much I had been holding myself back and provided the insight and skills to let go of the old ways I had been comfortable in, but not flourishing under. Kristin shared new tools for communicating and listening that have paved the way to letting go of those old beliefs so I could experience greater joy and freedom.

During the program, I was additionally supported and guided with grace and love during my father's time in hospice and his passing, turning sadness and grief into being able to experience the tremendous gifts I was being given with him at the end. For that, I am grateful beyond words.

In understanding that I am an Emotional Manifesting Generator, I'm learning to give myself permission to follow my heart, which includes focusing my energies on my love for travel and growing my Nature and Wildlife Photography business. (I held my first solo photo exhibition this past winter!)

I am grateful for this journey and the transformations it has brought to my life."
